I think I'm in the final stretches with this skin. For anyone so inclined, I would appreciate critiques on this -- anything you think I could do to make it better, any glitches or screwups that you notice, so I can fix it before I upload here.

Okay, just like Snowman, I couldn't find anything wrong. It even plays nice with IE8. 
There were a few corrupted images that I need to replace and I'm going to tweak some of the Vista colors -- I think I'll be ready to upload sometime tomorrow. Be looking for it in the galleries soon. 
And the DX? I await graphics, please.

Some things I noticed that may or may not be intentional:
In Vista
- The font for the window titles in the task bar is very very small, coupled with the drop shadow it gets quite unreadable at 1920x1280 (my standard resolution)
- The color of the window title blends in rather a lot. Looks cool, sort of like it is raised metal lettering on the frame, but it isn't the most readable at a glance.
- The color/pattern of the status area at the bottom of explorer windows makes it very hard to read the black status text. (see e.g. the "Computer" window at the bottom
- In the same window (Computer) the coloring of a pressed/used/highlighted button on the toolbar seems wrong.
- The scroll bar thumb control really gets lost in the background of the scrollbar. Really COOL idea, but it needs to be bigger for sure.
- There is a minor buglet in the tiling of the graphic in the window title bar where the vertical bars have a gap periodically in Grunge. This may be intentional. Looks a bit out of place though to me. Similar issue in non-Grunge on the window border itself.
- Animation speed in the start menu seems too fast but is SUPER cool otherwise.
- In the task bar, you need more horizontal space around the icons in the tray on the left side. The first icon seems to sit on the divider line, at least for me, in the non-Grunge version.
Hope these comments are helpful, this is a super awesome blind I plan to use a lot!
