UB Post Mortem Denies full Creep XP

While testing creep xp values on ub, I thought I might speed up the process by grabbing post mortem.  Creep waves with archers give 231 xp.  And I got that several times.  However, as soon as I talented post mortem and blew away creeps, I only got 130 xp.  I thought "maybe I didn't get a full wave or something).  Repeated 6x, never once above 180 xp.

Tested out every other aoe effect of this sort - mines, heaven's wrath, hammer slam, soul power, fire nova.  They ALL give the full 231 xp.  The only thing that doesn't is UB post mortem.

I'm assuming it's not intentional.  If it IS intentional.. why is UB the only demigod to have a way to diminish his xp gain?!!?!

He cant get full ex because he is OP.    Geeze who want to give UB a buff, raise their hand?

Seriously though, it should award full xp, I also wonder why it wouldnt.

P.S why take post mortem so early that you are only facing a normal creep wave?

Does this perhaps also apply to the Rook when he gets autoattack cleave, where more than 250 damage will throw smaller units into the air?

Please post this in Sorian's thread!

This also occurs when using Heavan's Wrath to farm creeps (you get the same amount of XP as I was getting with Post Mortem). It appears to afflict all attacks that cause minions to be cast through the air.

Looking through the lua, this is caused by 'Overkill'...

hm.. I did not think overkill had been implemented.

If you watch youll notice the XP is not rewarded immediately when units are thrown in the air. My guess is that the creeps give XP when they hit the ground or fade, and throwing them into the air they are landing too far away or out of bounds(like under/off the playable map) and those are responsible for your missing xp.
