I'm afraid it doesn't really move me at all. Looks like a generic skin with some notes attached to make it themed...

My colors 2.60 runs in Windows 7. At least it does on my computer. Make sure you have Show Beta versions enabled in Impulse.

Definitely not a n00b skin.

It's a very clean, polished, and usable skin.  It also has a subtle animation (the notes) on the start menu.

The theme includes:
1) skin, icons and gadgets by one of my favorite skinners- Essorant (Timmeh!)
2) A wall by the very talented Vlad from VladStudio (http://www.vladstudio.com/home/)

As with all OD premium themes, you will get the MyColors file and the theme files to use with ThemeManager.

It looks to me like the screenshot features the XP substyle running on Vista. I say that based on the missing explorer navigation arrows, logoff buttons, and the start menu places pane width. I know Tim skinned all that stuff. I'm afraid the screenshot might understate the quality of work here. :)

Possibly why it looks half skinned.

Perhaps a better screenshot should be uploaded asap ;)

Ive noticed a LOT of the mycolors \ subscriber skins screenshots seem to be showing unskinned vista areas. Looks like the XP version is being loaded in Vista and not showing the properly skinned Vista elements.

The aardvark's hilarious!  :LOL: After looking at the screenshot off and on for the last couple of days I've decided I like it. Feels kind of cozy and seems to lower my blood pressure a dash. Also seems to make me want caramel...?

Luckily, you won't have to use MyColors- just use the suite file that comes with it with ThemeManager ;)

Only if you want to use the MC theme.  Otherwise, you just need all the components for Theme Manager (WindowBlinds, etc.).
