YOu need to post more information.

Windowblinds?  You need to go to the System Info and copy and paste the data there to here.

To start off with open WB and copy and past the system info here.  It will help to see if something might have gotten messed upped.  The way you describe the problem it says the WindowBlinds had worked before, is that right?  If so, did you make any changes that might have done this?

Decapitate,

Hey, this sort of thing is common with poorly-coded themes. Please post your complete specs (CPU, graphics card, et cetera), the WindowBlind or -Blinds that you have tried, and the information under your System Info tab in WindowBlinds. That should help the gurus figure out your problem.

(looks like a couple of them beat me to it. . . )

This problem also occurs in Windows XP 32-bit, same type programs, and also you can add Paint Shop Pro XI to the list.  As far as it happening with poorly coded themes, it happens with lots of themes, so I don't think they are all poorly coded.  It also only happens if the window is not maximized from the last time you used that application, if you then maximize it the titlebar shows up, and if you then restore it, the titlebar that was missing is back.

This is when using Windowblinds 7 though.

Your issue is unrelated to the thread starters issue.

The creator of this thread appears to be using a pirated version of WindowBlinds which is why apps are randomly appearing as unskinned.

Decapitate -

Your attempt to hide your system file dates does not change the fact that they are very questionable.  You can download the trial version or purchase them here - WindowBlinds

Stardock support requests are for trial and purchased versions only.

Sorry, LightStar, my mistake. I know I've seen this type of issue before and usually only with particular blinds, so I guess I made the assumption that it might be a result of poor coding, but I'm not really a skinner, so I probably shouldn't make such assumptions.

I'm a litle confused here Neil, I myself am certainly not using a pirated copy iof Windowblinds, yet this same problem occurs often in many skins.  Why would it not be related to the inital posters issues?  If this person is using a pirated copy then fine, he deserves issues like this and I hope his PC blows up.

Lightstar - similar symptoms can be caused by different things

OP has some WB system info files dated months after that version came out
