I was wondering if window blinds 7 will allow users to customize how the Icons will be displayed on the Vista start menu. I think it would be a great Idea if icons displayed on the start menu could have an option to be displayed like on windows XP start menu.

In XP start window one could see all start menu icons for My documents, My Pictures, My Music, My Games, My Favorites, My computer and so on, displayed on the start menu.

I do not if this is a featuer that any one at Stardock as thought about or if any one has mentioned a feature like this or if others would also like to have it, but I was wondering if window blinds 7 will have such a feature that allows Vista start menus to look and operate like an XP start menu.

Those are all features of Widows itself.  Right click on the start button, properties, customize.

I have tried what you have said, but I do not see how to make the Icons display on the right side of the start menu. Its the right side of the vista start menu that I would like to display the Icons as xp does.

This is what I am talking about, Is it possible to cause the Icons on the right side of vistas start menu to display Icons on the right side as in xp's start menu.

As Vstyler said, I don't believe Vista/MS will allow that function. Windowblinds cannot skin something that the OS doesn't allow for
