Something messed up in Skinstudio

Hi,i have a liitle problem with skinstudio 6.4

When i create a new skin and i apply it i got the taskbargroupimage as a window background and the menubar is not associated at any image.The combobox is empty.I can resolve it manually but is very boring.There something i can do to adjust things?

I have windows xp service pack 2 ,Ram 2 GB,Pentium 4.

P.S. Also you got this annoying problem?
