[BUG] reporting system

Here's a link to a game I never played, but which was counted against me as a loss:

You can see from the stats that both my team and entity are 'Unknown'.  The game, though never played, was actually counted against me as a loss.  Ive seen other bugs simiar to this one.  The conditions to reproduce this from what I remember:

- join lobby to play the game listed

- alt+tab out of game client

- game client crashes

- log back in to game client

- play a different game (not the game listed)
