Get XML error when trying to install Windowclinds 7

On a clean install of WIndos 7 Ultimate RTM (with other applications already installed), I installed tweak 7. It's ok. When I tried to install WIndowsBlinds beat via Impulse, the download startsm but I get the following error - Problem with XML Apllication file not found (wb7) WindowBlindss 7

ANy help or suggestions would be appreciated.
