What i want for Christmas

1- I dont wanna be sick. I've had a couple of Christmases when i was sick. Everybody was having a good time while i was lying half dead on my bed. Not fun. At all.

2- I dont want bad news on TV. It's Christmas! Supposed to be about family love & presents. Not war.

3- I'd like to have my mum & Dad with me. But i guess this year it wont be possible.

4- I want my boyfriend to forget about his ex. She is coming back this Christmas and she's one of my friends. But he's not totally over her. I'm growing grey hair as I type... :(

5- I want a bigass teddy bear for Christmas. For when my boyfriend goes back to his ex and i'm left crying all alone. I would need something big and soft to punch without hurting myself.

6- I want a bottle of Vodka. Shmirnoff if possible. I would need something strong when he leaves me.

7- I want contacts. I mean if i wasnt scared to wear them, i would definitely want contacts.

8- I wouldnt mind sunglasses. If i had contacts i would be able to wear sunglasses.

9- I want a new bikini. That's my present for myself, so for sure i'll get that.

10- I need a new pair of shoes. Mine are totally worn out. But i'll wear them till i cant. Man I love these leather sandals!

11- I want a computer or laptop for home. So i can come on JU whenever and not just lunchtime :( There's hardly anyone around at my lunchtime. I miss all the fun :(

12- I really really really dont want to be heartbroken at Christmas. Otherwise I might not make it to New Year, and it would be such a waste if i get all the other things i asked for.

Nobody wants to be heartbroken, is no fun at all. Have you talked to your boyfriend about your concerns? Might help. You seem to have decided he's going to leave already, which might help him leave if you two havn't talked about it. Or not... And you could not watch tv on christmas, would get around that problem easily enough They make perscription sunglasses on this side of the planet, maybe they make them in your neighborhood as well? I do hope you get whats on your list for christmas

Yep i've talked to my boyfriend already. Asked him on the chat this morning if he knew she was coming. He said no. And i said i was happy but also worried at the same time that she's coming. He said he thought he wouldnt have to deal with that 'problem' for a long time. And i asked if i should worry. And he said it's true he still had feelings for her. So i said yeah i guess i should be worried then. Then i just left to hide in the bathroom and have a big cry So................ I'm trying to take it easy right now, but i dont know how long i can.

I guess you're rite about the tv thing.

And prescription sunglasses yeah i've thought about it. But i'm scared of the price. Something to check hey.

I agree with Danny. He gave some very sound advice. Continue the open line of communication with your boyfriend.

This tidbit from Danny was really true. Your boyfriend may also interpret your worry as a mistrust and disbelief in his love for you.

I have worn both contacts and glasses. Currently I am wearing glasses because my 6 year old needed glasses recently. No one else in our family wore glasses, and he seemed a bit insecure when he first got them. I ditched my contacts and made us officially "Glasses Twins." He loves that.

I do miss wearing sunglasses. I too was financially frightened by prescription sunglasses price tags. I opted instead for some stylish "polarized" lenses that have a spring and clear clips. No one can even tell I am not wearing regular sunglasses, and my husband thinks they look awesome. I only paid $13.00 at Wal*Mart for them. Check into them as an alternative.

I so hope you get a new computer for home. We would love to read more from you.

Thanks heather I appreciate your sweet comment. I know i need to talk to my boyfriend about it more. I'm feeling so insecure right now, and when he talked to me he didnt really reassure me about how he feels for me, but how he felt for HER So yeah might need to have a good talk about this...

Remember how I told you my glasses were in a shocking condition and needed replacing? Well I had my appt last Friday and found my shortsightedness has gotten worse. My optometrist had a deal Buy one get one free - $90 for lenses, $120 for frames and for an extra $20 I could get a dark tint - instant sunglasses.
I have issues with putting my fingers in my eye too so two pairs of glasses is a great deal for me.

IG - My new glasses came in the mail TODAY - I had to get retested because they lost my details so I had to find time and go back down to get retested and that was last Wednesday and today they came in the mail (thursday)

It feels really weird to wear new glasses - they're tight, and they fit -- unlike my bent, crooked, broken old ones
