Achievement Stats Problems

Hi There,

I'm new to the forums and have been reading around the site to find a solution for a problem with the achievement statistics reporting.  I didn't really see any direct answers so hopefully I'll get one here.  Currently, I've been logged as playing my last game back on the 16th.  However, I have been playing since then and have earned several new achievements since but I have not had the achievements reported onto the pantheon profile and my account.  It kinda sucks re-earning the achievements every time i play a game.  Any ideas as to how this can be fixed or if this is occurring with others?  I already emailed [email protected] and their reply was:

"Hello, The statistics are currently being worked on by the developer. Unfortunately, we cannot change the existing statistics until the beginning of the next Epoch."
