WB7 Licence invalid, why? Screenshot

Hi, Sorry to trouble you! (I only seem to come here when I have registration problems with Stardock products but it seems a really nice community! )

Is there anybody who can tell me why Impulse is telling me that my registration for Windowblinds 7 is suddenly invalid?   Impulse is telling me to update WB7, but when I do, it says the licence is invalid.

It wasn't invalid a month ago, nothing has expired and I really thought it was part of Ultimate Desktop subscription, which is still valid, see below..?

I don't understand what the problem is, unless they want more money for some reason that I've missed.

I don't know if it applies here, but check your date.  A while back all my subs had expired because the PC's date had somehow been reset to 1 Jan 2066 after a MS Update.  If this has happened to you, just go to System Restore and return your machine to a time prior to the update.. that should fix it/restore your OD sub.

Other than that, I wouldn't have a clue. :S

Best of luck with it. :)

Also ensure you have the latest version of Impulse installed.

It was a temporary glitch with the licencing server, I think.

Now it's working.

I just find the Stardock licencing increcibly clunky and unreliable. EVERY darn time I try to do anything serious from Impulse I get some or another registration / licence problem and have to do something about it.

Glad to see you got things corrected cordelia0507

Another thing that will mess things up is if you change your email, passwork or nickname.  Don't know if you have, just be aware of it. |-)
