Hmm... SIM Speed

So i was wondering, is it fair to say that the highest sim speed in the game would be +10?, i was having a discussion with a friend of mine and he came to the conclusion that he wasnt laggin the game because he was at +12.. yet he has "meh" hardware... any input?

The highest I have seen is a Sim Speed of 10, where I can confirm my DG runs at around 52FPS with all settings maxed. I was unaware it could over 10? A glitch, perhaps?

+10 is the max the game goes.
