Night Train left town??

Firstly, I'd like to belatedly thank those who replied to my previous post. Issues fixed. Sorry about the delay! Now this is about the skins of my favourite skinner - Night Train. He doesn't appear to be on this site anymore. Is this Correct? If so what happened to him? Please advise anyone who knows.
