How do I set the graphics

Your graphics still look great on the lowest settings. However. How do I set the graphics to Ugly? I think I will be able to actually play the game if I set it to Ugly looking.

If this is a roundabout way of saying your performance is not sufficient at low settings, please post your system specs. It's likely your video card does not meet the minimum requirements.

No they meet the requirements however the game still doesn't work. I also have been working with tech support for a bit. But I am trying to figure out my own solutions in case I figure something out.

I am litterally wanting to know how to make the game look like crap so I can play it.
