Little problem with Skype and OD Plus

Win XP 32 bit

I use my tray with OD there is the skype icon,

but when i minimize skype and only click the icon 1 time a message appear (from Skype) and i can't click the X button.

And when i open Skype from the tray i can't do anything (can't use Skype only) and must close Skype from the task manager and i don't know if the problem is with OD or the problem is Skype.

Some help???
