Computer Won't read DVD

If I put my demigod DVD into the DVD drive, the light says it is reading it, but the computer doesn't know it's there. No noise comes from the computer, and the computer says there isn't a dvd in the drive. This only happens with demigod.

Have you tried the disc in a different computer with a different drive?

Did you make sure the drive you used is a dvd drive(I ask only because it's my job; I'm not questioning your computer knowledge)? :)

If all that fails, if your serial number is registered in Impulse (which it should be if you play MP), you can just re-download the latest version whenever.

I just got Demigod from my missus today and im having the same problem, it's NOT my drive as i can run other DVD's from it, ive heared on other forums that people are having this issue aswell!, I really dont want to download it as i like having the working physical media.
