Oak creating to many Spirits

I don't know exactly how, but I have a picture. I think it has to do with surge of faith because I kill so many minions at once it doesn't correctly check if I have the max. That's my semi-educated guess

I've noticed this before as well. I didn't take a SS or actually stop to verify 100% but I could have sworn I had 7 spirits with Raise Dead II (I am positive it was not RD 3, was not leveled for it yet), and this was on the map Prison as well. I wish I would have recorded it somehow. Will keep an eye out for it in the future.
