Entrenchment validation problem

Your registration for this product is not valid.

Hello,

I bought Entrenchment on April 16th, online via Paypal.
But when I try to update the game with the Stardock Impulse Software I get the message:

"Your registration for this product is not valid."

How can I solve this problem?
And yes it is a legit version, as I said I bought it in the Stardock Online Shop.

They should be able to. If you have proof of purchase (screen shots, transaction numbers, etc) available for them, it'll probably make the process much easier.

I've usually gotten responses from them in less than 24 hours - though I can't make guarantees on their behalf.

Yeah I have all of that.

It's weird though that I was able to update the previous patch without problems.

I don't need help from them asap, but it would be nice if it's fast.
