Dead Sound all the time

You know that sound when you die....whilst your waiting to respawn....welll sometiems i get that noise the whole game and it prevents any other sounds from working like it does when im dead but im not. It lasts a whole round unless i start another.

Restarting Round sometimes doesnt work either, sometimes restarting the app is needed. Any ideas why?

EDIT: i think i found the cause. It seems that if i exit a match when im dead then the dead sound effect keeps going.

and no im not a deserter, i am talking about single player matches.
