apparently my brother had to spam the exe to finally get the game to launch.
he was saying it was conflicting with google desktop.
anyone else encountered this problem or have any solutions to this?
It's a known issue caused by google desktop. Disabling it should allow the game to run normally.
So instead of closing it when he saw the conflict he thought spamming the icon was a better idea?

ive finally disabled google desktop. the same issue is still occuring for some unknown reason. there shortcut will not launch the game. ive tried through impulse aswell. it worked only ONCE and hasnt worked since. ive restarted the comp also but still ... nothing.
r there any other reasons y the game wont launch???
Logitech webcam drivers and Comodo Defense+ can cause similar issues. If all he has is Google Desktop, it may need closed completely rather than just disabled.
k thx. I go through task manager and 'end' its process. hopefully that does the same thing. But i thinkhes got a webcam driver so that may be it.
