Where can I get a refund?

I haven't had a SINGLE multiplayer game, where can I get a refund damit? I want nothing to do with this game as it has wasted enough time, I have digitaly downloaded the game by the way.

I've spent 2 days trying to make this game work online, tried all possible guides. 90% of the time I am unable to connect to lobby, when I connect, the host can't start the game because I have trouble connecting. If I don't get kicked off first..

I don't care about the few bucks refund, i want to play online

2 days is 2 days to much! When you buy a game you would expect it to work....
