Latest PATCH Issues?

Servers showing up spotty now

I have several friends that just updated and we can no longer see all the servers that are hosted? My one friend sees 11 games hosted in the Custom Games area. I see 2. My friend Adam sees 2, My friend Scott see 7, Jason sees 10. We all refreshed at the same time and are getting different server lists for hosting. What's going on?
