Latest Windowblinds 6.4 Build Is?

Folks - may I ask what the latest WB 6.4 build is?  My version says build 73x86.   I have a few minor problems with IE8 and some newer skins.  Wondering if a more current WB build addresses issues with IE8 and better text visibility?  If so, I'll call SD Support and see if they can help me get access to a newer build without going through Impulse.  If they can't help me, are there any workarounds?   Any WB or IE8 setting adjustments that might let me use some of the newer transparent skins like Naked or Midnight Aero with IE8?  Things that are problems ... can't see the "Safety" and "Tools" dropdown menus in the main IE bar.  Also on some webpages I can't see the login boxes ... they're there, but I can't see the text as I type it in.  Problem doesn't happen with other browsers, just IE8.   Thanks to any help offered.

I'm showing 73x86 is latest

with IE8 using aero midnight I can see 'page', 'safety' and 'tools' but the title text is white whereas the rest of the bar has black text - the drop down menus appear normal to me - black where available, muted where not

Thanks Bichur.  I did not explain myself well.  What you describe is what I see.  I see black text in the bar and white text for "Page" "Safety" and "Tools."  If I didn't know those three menus were there, I'd probably miss them.   The IE8 drop down menus appear normal for me too.  Sorry to be confusing on that.  I apparently have the most current build. Appreciate all your help through the years.  If SD refuses to relent on Impulse, and I understand their reluctance to do so, I'll be moving on.   Good luck to you.

still gots issues with extraneous overhead? ;)

I think what we're seeing has to do with the way things were skinned - not sure there would be an easy fix, probably would have to edit in SKS

Bichur - yup Impulse is unnecessary bloat from my perspective.  When I switch to 64 bit Win 7, I plan to do a fresh install.  At that point Stardock and I will part ways.  It happens.  No regrets.

I asked VStyler, the author of the skin called Naked about the white text.  His response was "IE text is not fully supported by WB yet."  Not sure what that means ... but I took his word for it.  He does good careful work.  I don't think he would release something with a problem that he could easily fix through SkinStudio.

WindowBlinds is still provided in non Impulse form.

Simply request your serials again and there should be a link.

Neil - you might want to double check that.  I tried to download WB the other day to see if I have the most up-to-date WB build and the link told me WB was "Impulsedriven" and asked me to install Impulse.  Same for IconPackager and SkinStudio.  I'm one release behind on SkinStudio Pro and I think one behind on IconPackager.  So far I'm okay on WB.  What I've got works well on XP.  I have the standalone installers and S/N's saved.  As long as there's no activation problems, I'll be okay for awhile.
