Intallation problem (Still not resolved)

[As of yet, unfixed]

Just bought Demigod, was half way through installing it when my computer crashed.
Obviously, the install didn't complete, and the game is only half installed, whenever I use the auto-run it doesn't have an install or repair option, only a play game option, which of course doesn't work.

I've tried running the setup on the disk, but when I run that it comes up with a "list index out of bounds" type error and closes down.
There's no game directory in program files so I can't uninstall anything, cos there's no uninstaller.

Anyone else get anything like that?
Know any solutions?

When trying to update, Impulse wants to download 1.88gb to repair it. (in program files demigod is only 42mb, so I'm guessing it wants to download the game, which seems like a waste of time and bandwidth considering I have the CD here.)

I used windows installer clean up utility to remove the partial install and start a new one, it worked to a degree, but now half way through installation I get another error

"Runtime error in setup script:

Line 490: List index out of bounds (2)"

Then the installer closes.
