Unable to log into Impulse to patch Demigod

So i can log into the forums here just fine, i can log into stardock.net, and as of a few weeks ago i could log in to play demigod online. After reinstalling Impulse, i am unable to log in to patch demigod so i can play online. I have retreived my username and password multiple times, and while they work for the forums, they will not work to load up impulse.

What gives?
