Not performing well

This post is to tell the windows blind moderator, that the skins in this version, windows blind 6.0 is not performing well. The program is pushing the image that is reflected in the monitor to far to the right, and I cant use the arrow controls that allows me to move the page up or down. I'm using the free version of this product, and I was thinking about buying it on line... but with this error... who would? Please advise.
