No warning, no error message, no "Sorry, but Demigod suffered an expected error and had to close," stuff from Windows. Game was running smoothly, no lag, nothing.
Does Demigod take a crash log an put it somewhere? Otherwise, I'm baffled at this...was a really great game, too.
I just had this happen to me as well, except I didnt get any error window. One moment I was controlling erebus and his minions, the next moment I'm staring at the window's desktop. Its as if I alt-tabbed, yet demigod was no longer sitting in the taskbar nor shown as a running process.
I was using the steam overlay however. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. (I haven't had any crashes at all like this while running the steam overlay, till now).
No that's exactly what happened to me. No error messages. I initially thought something had popped up (McAffee gives me trouble sometimes) and I had clicked on it in-game and it pulled me to the desktop, but there was nothing, and the game closed on its own.
Same crap for me, mid game crash no warning no lag no error message im just left at my desktop. seems to be when im clicking somthing in game. This seems to have started after the June 10 patch. Me and my firends have been playing this for about a month and we are not sure if we want to waste more time with its errors. Great game just to bad its only 90% complete.
Did it create a .dmp file in My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod? If so, please send that file and the demigodlog to [email protected] so they can pass it to the devs.
