I just dont get it

2 or 3 mini patches ago, i was getting into multiplayer games no problem. Today i cannot get into any game and in the off chance i do get in, all the other players drop in the load screen and i end up playing a bunch of bots. i heard there were some serious issues ust after the launch, then i hear they are fixed so i buy the game only to find out they screwed it up again
