[Typo + Bug] Inner Grace/Heal

A tooltip in the loading screen says Inner Grace allows allies to use their abilities more often. Inner grace increases movement speed and health regen, Magnificent Presence is the one that reduces cooldowns.

Additionally, Sedna's Heal will refuse to activate if she isn't moving. This happens roughly half the time Heal is activated when stopped.

The heal issue I've observed myself, I make sure I'm moving to heal someone, from still it is a minority of times that it will work in my experience.
