Crashing Issues PLZ help

when i start any game on sins (even tutorial) the game plays fine for roughly 20 seconds, partially freezes, asi can still move the mouse (allthough there is lag) but i cannot click anything and i always need to restart my pc. I seriously doubt that this is a problem with my Graphics card or RAM as i has them upgraded recently and i can play empire:total war fine (i mean on low graphics settings but it runs smoothly). I have also downloaded the latest patches but the problem still persists is there anything else i could try?

click on the start menu, type    dxdiag      hit enter.  When it is finished click on save all info. then post that info on here, it will give us a better understanding of you're specs.

 we need to know you're proccessor speed, version of windows etc. The reason for this is so we can troubleshoot from the beginning. it may be sucking eggs but maybe your pc can't handle the game.

gotta start somewhere right?

 another edit: I may not be able to help you but the devs and people with a hell of a lot more knowledge than me are on here pretty much all the time and they might be able to help a lot more if we can get the basics.
