Some Docklet questions

I'm rather new to the objectdock phenomena and so far i'm liking it alot.

 

The thing i'm wondering about is:

Is there a clock docklet that shows the time w/o me having to hover over it.

And

Is there anyway to stack multiple windows of a program up? Like the usual windows function, since i usually have alot of windows msn on at the same time.

I have a question i want the clock... so how can i "install" "put" a docklet??????
(Edited) i want to put a new images for the recycler icon how can i do that?????? i have the new icons already...(from wincustomize)
