Cannot Install WindowsBlinds

My Object Desktop Subscription expired on the fourth, and I formatted my computer after that.  I have been trying to reinstall WindowsBlinds but it keeps telling me to renew my subscription.  I was under the impression that my purchase secured the software AND UPDATES for the year, and now that my subscription is over I am still entitled to the last update of the software I paid $60 for last year.

Can someone please help me with my situation?  I would like to have WindowsBlinds installed on my computer again.  Thank you.
