How to install with no net access?

I have an issue getting a LAN game going that I'd like to resolve but I'm having no luck working it out.

 

I'm working away from home right now and would like to set up a lan game of Sins with a colleague.

We don't have much internet access, only spotty access through a 3G dongle.

I have Impulse and Sins installed and working on my laptop before leaving home.

 

What I want is to copy the files over to my friend's laptop so he can run it using my serial for a 2player LAN game.

 

How can we get this set up?

if you have impulse install impulse on both computer, sign in as you and then download the game on both, since you can download unlimited times and then install and run
