Official Statement??

I appologize if there has been a official DETAILED statement posted somewhere, but the post I read (found by chance) has basically said we're sorry some of you are having connection problems and hopefully we'll have it fixed by weeks end.  I don't know about the rest of you, but something detailed would be nice with exactly what problems some/everyone is having and why...  and when it's going to be fixed.

I don't usually buy games for their single-player campaigns and almost always fixate on multi-player.  I told myself I should wait a week or 2 before buying this game but some companies get it right from the gate, so I rolled the dice.   Bah... duped again.

Btw, you guys need a front page on this ImpulseNow app that keeps the player informed about what's going on. Not fair to make us hunt through the forums to find information...

Brad Wardell did release various announcements explaining exactly what was going on. Heck, he even sent a personal letter to places like IGN so they could post up what was going on directly from him and apologize for the issues.
