Explorer Icon Effects...

Hi friends

Please tell me if there are any softwares which apply effects to explorer icons other than ubericon?

I welcoome any effects one or two,.. nice or bad.. cool or bad whatever but it should apply effects on mouse over or on mouse click to explorer icons(folders, drives etc).
