Three Questions: CPL Branding image, Folder treeview bkgd, Titlebar Button Imgs?

Using SkinStudio 6 on a Vista 64 setup

Question 1: Is there a way to remove the Vista branding image on the details pain in explorer? Since this space also uses the Control Panel branding image, it'd be nice if they didn't overlap.The image at the bottom shows what I mean in the area with the red circle.

Question 2: Is there a way to actually skin the folder treeview background area? I find it odd that I can skin the favorites (which I don't use) but not the folder area... The image below shows the area I mean with a blue rectangle.

Question 3: What order is the function of the eight image perpixel buttons for close, minimize, maximize and restore? I know image 1 is normal... but beyond that, I can't seem to figure out which are for mouseover or so. I'm trying to replicate the behaviour of the 6 image buttons, where only the button being moused over changes.
