question: were advent also intended to get a third SB upgrade research? all 3 races have the extra bank/damage research and surivability research, but TEC also get increased destabilization and vasari get faster building, were advent supposed to get something?
no. like combat deployment research and improved degradation research.
research tree stuff.
Ok you also get culture upgrades(overpowered culture tower and increase in loyalty) something the others do not get

My first inclination is to say, no, there isn't another tech upgrade planned for the advent's SB. This is mainly because of the rather large survivability granted to it by Mass Disorientation and the scalability of meteor storm, as well as the advent's general shield techs, which boost the difficulty of taking one on.
As an advent player, I think I can say without conceit that our SB is one of the most powerful in terms of static defense. While the TEC has powerful support abilities for a grav well, and the Vasari are all about being used on the attack, a combat oriented Transcencia is not something you want to see in a well you plan to attack. Especially now that the higher levels of meteor storm and mass disorientation have been fixed. Basically, to give it another buff tech would be to break racial balance.
