[bug] Flag Tooltips not displaying correctly

Frequently, say 75% of the time notably on Prison Map, After the Gold and Artifact Shop flag has been captured then recaptured, when I mouse over the flag, I get a Rollover Tooltip instead of the name of the flag. If I reveal the flag from Fog of War, the flag retitles correctly.

I checked this last night with the latest version of the Software.

I have gotten this before too, though I'm not sure what the repro steps were and I've only seen it a couple times (I may just not rollover fogged flags very often).
