[Bug] Fire Mode Torch Bearer has a dead zone.

There is a small spot just in front of the Fire Torch Bearer where he will fire his fireballs at the target but won't hit and will do no damage. I've seen this several times now, most often when I'm standing up in melee with the creeps and firing at the opposing line of creeps engaged right in front of me.
