Can anyone suggest me a good background recording program to create videos from games or replays? I want those to have the ability of been playable and sharable outside of the game.
FRAPs is one of the most common apps in use for this kind of thing. However, it's not free (and the trial is extremely limited). I don't know of any good freeware ones.
I hear Wegame is ok as far as freeware, I don't know if it supports sins.
Personally I use fraps. Its worth the thirty some odd bucks
I didn't know those were usualy ''not free'', I'm learning something there. 
Anyway, I don't plan to play for a recording program, as I'm not planning to use it often. Besides, it would have been only to show some spacefights to pals...
... or to brag.
