[BUG?] Low Quality Shadows

Hey there, I'm having a bit of a problem with the shadows. I have everything set to max, but the shadows are really off. See my picture for details. You can tell that the shadows cast by the flag and by TB's cape are blocky and don't represent the shapes of the objects casting the shadows at all.

Previously reported; it should only be like that from certain camera angles. If you rotate the camera, do you get better quality?

Ahh, you are correct. It appears that the shadow bug only appears when looking from the direction that the light source appears to come from. But as soon as I turn the camera, it goes back to normal.
