I'm stuck in the 'Light'

I have been playing in the Pantheon on the forces of light side and would like to move over to the dark side for a change.  However, I don't seem to be able to switch sides and, therefore, am unable to switch to dark demigods once I get to the Standings page before choosing the 'fight' option to enter a game.  Is this a bug, or once a side is chosen are you unable to switch?

It's by design, when you choose a side you stick with it during the tournament

Hopefully they'll change it on day0 patch :/

Thank you, guess I'll just have fun fine tuning those 'light' DG's!

I hope they don't.  Then you'll have a bunch of people switching sides near the end of the tournament just to be on the winning team.  Not everyone will do that, but a good many will.

Why does being on the winning side matter?

Good point ;)

Though, Rook is pretty epic.

Winning the tournament will give specific rewards to that side, as such it will not be possible to change team while a tourney is already running.

I also think that's the case, the winner will be given some benefit for sure. Unless it'll feel pointless in fighting, we just don't know yet what the winning rewards are.
