Bootskins and silverlight

Hello all,

Im new to all this and perhaps my question has already been addressed but could someone educate me with this? Is it possible to take a already made silverlight wallpaper (maybe its called something else but I mean the crisp looking moving wallpaper that you can make or use with silverlight) and turn it into a bootskin or bootskin wallpaper or theme? I dont have a specific theme or wallpaper in mind yet so as an example I would use the most common silverlight type wallpaper/skin/theme. Lets take the fish in the fish tank silverlight background. Would it be possible to use that with bootskin to make my skin/theme/wallpaper?

*When I say skin/theme/wallpaper Im not sure specifically what I should be calling it.

Thanks in advance guys.

You can take the wallpapers and make a bootskin or logon screen from them, however, since you are not the creator, you cannot distribute them.  They would just be for personal use only.

The free version of Bootskin Vista does not let you create bootskins.  You will need the full version for that.

Thank you. However Im not trying to distribute them. I meant for my personal computer. I guess my question more clear sounding was can I make my desktop look like some of the silverlight crisp moving wallpapers that have been created and use it with bootskin? Or perhaps would bootskin work with the items shown in a silverlight gallery to be used on my pc? I would eventually like to make my whole theme similar to the wallpaper as well.

Any wallpaper image can be made into a bootskin.  (Of course, there is no animation during the boot process with bootskin.)
