[BALANCE]Slowdown Cap?

At times your movement can be reduced to something just stupid - you are basically not moving. With the wyskrmin gloves giving an insane slowdown of 25%, and lots of DG's having passive slowdown abilites aswell as active ones, your DG often comes to stop - and bascially feels like a stun. My suggestion:

1. Please put a limit on how slow your Demigod can go. Dont let Demigods speed drop below, lets say 4.0 or 3.0? (Please play around figures, I am not sure on what would be good. If you have a good specific number please post it here and I will re-edit this).


2. Again, put a limit on how slow your Demigod can go - but instead of saying it cant drop below a certain speed, it cant drop below, lets say 25-35% of your current speed? Again, please post specific figures.



Thoughts? Im pretty sure everyone would like this.

yes this is really a problem, with some passive skills+gloves + 1 active slow u cant just do nothing if u have low health or even u try escape from start u cant because slow is so huge.

I agree slow speed should b 25% of ur total speed u shouldnt go more slowed, also imo all skills should not do 25%-20% slow, highest should be 15% or 10%

I just posted something about pricing the gloves in Frogboy's thread but a cap on speed reduction is a good call.  Or for sake of dev resources just say that slow effects cannot stack or even proc/replace when other slow effects are active. 

So Wyrmskin Gloves will slow for full duration but if you keep hitting and gloves proc again the effect will not activate if the target still has previous slow.  If you are slowing with a spell you will have to time the spell to activate after previous slow dissipates or waste it.  You bring a little skill into the dynamic this way.       

Actually I'd like all control spells to look like this - so a stun effect cannot replace another stun effect, must be timed to take effect after previous stun has dissipated.  I'll make a post about this ^^

How long Have I been asking for this? I said this had to stop long ago. I think the 25% is a good number.  Especially since the evade items suck!!!
