[SUGGESTION] While Dead.....

It'd be really nice to be able to look at your skill tree. citadel and the shops. Sitting around doing nothing while dead is no fun for anyone. Giving players the option to have at least have 20 seconds or so to plan their next move (players that haven't played so much they know their next 15 moves in advance, anyways) while dead would be a welcome addition to the game, particularly for newer players. It isn't as if being out of the fight, losing all the experience and gold that entails etc isn't punishment enough.

I want to add that I don't feel the death penalties are in any way unreasonable, just that it'd be nice to have more to do while dead. Overall though, the game is coming along quite nicely :)

Agreed.

I originally wondered why this feature wasn't possible from the get-go, particularly with the skill-tree. I could only guess that they didn't want to give dead players an advantage in being able to leisurely distribute their skill points. But that argument doesn't hold much water for me anymore. If you've played enough games as a particular Demigod, you quickly learn to distribute your skill points in the middle of a full-scale melee (without batting an eyelash) and thus you don't lose any time leveling-up anyway.

So, I support this idea. For the newbies! \o/

yeah I really hate the fact that I can't check skilltrees and stuff when I die

i totaly agree!

in fact, i have also created 2 posts asking for this feature here and here ; if you could ad some comments it would maybe help; some very important (and basic) features are still absent from the game; i hope they will be added before the release

Yup this has been asked by us lots of times. They either havent seen it, havent got around to putting it in, or dont like the idea.

We really should be able to look at shops/skill tree when dead. Sometimes when I die  late game I just go to the toilet for a quick pee, and when I come back still have about 10 secs of sitting around doing nothing.
