Sirus WB theme, minor glitches? Please help.

Hi all,

I recently purchased Sirus for $4.95.

Under XP, when I click the start menu, the menu button goes behind the start menu, not on top like in the picture.

and under vista, some windows in programs are missing options.

I have one program that the box is half the size, so the options at the bottom isn't there? (I have to disable visual elements for that program)

Just wondering what I should do to fix these up?
