Hi I just downloaded the New expansion and I can't find the fuction to build the star bases. Can someone tell me where it is please? Thankyou in advance.
you need the starbase building ship(TEC Raloz/Advent Savior/Vasari migrator) and the build starbase ability researched(its in the middle tech tree)
