[Hotfix] What's the change log for this hotfix?

There is a small 2 megabyte update for Entrenchment.  Any news on the changelog's whereabouts?

Fix to get mods working, and fix to the French version that was crashing if you clicked upgrade on a starbase.

Only two things I know about that were hotfixed.

Here you go;

-Fix for encoding issue with some French and German characters
-Fix for crash in French version of the game (e.g when selecting Argonev star base's upgrade button).
-Fix for mods being disabled.
-Research description for improved destabilization fixed to refer to the Argonev instead of the Orkulus.
