Retro and Right Click

(< noob) Im sure this should be easy

I was looking through the Retro, which i like very much.  It seems most suited to my needs and gives me no errors.  (All the stuff i really like is the GT3 stuff, but same creator ID gives errors.  Which isn't my issue at the moment)


Retro comes with a nice right click skin, and i really really want to access it.  When i load Retro it doesn't just start, So my question is the following.

 

How do i start a right click skin if its in the package, but doesn't start up on its own
