I joined a game - left because of bad ping and created myself:
i checked the buglist - but i didnt found it - delete it if its double

has this re-occured. Please try to re-explain what happen to cause this, I don't completely understand. What are your system specs? Driver up-to-date? What ingame resolution are you using?
Its caused by not having an arena selected. Just pick one and the problem goes away.
Please delete your leftover preference files from Beta 2, it should solve this issue.
I had this happen once or twice after a Windows reinstall + redownload of beta 3.
It isn't a huge issue though.
